In December 2006 Government of India had announced severe measures (esp. against law-breakers) on Internet telephony services. The sudden policy of suppression or forcibly is targeted at outsourcers or other ITians that uses to cut there phone call bills and escape from revenue share. In my point of view weather this news is good for IT Businessmen but in social and politically aspect there should be some bounden duty like this will create economical balance and also lead to unfair relationship between government and businessmen.

If we take businessmen, every businessman wants to earn more, save more, invest more so that he and his business get maximum leverage. Here Government should utilize Information Technology by making comprehensive and explicitly care policy.
